As discussion about the history of the achievement of any company, we frequently hear people appreciate the company creator, his devotion, effort, his cleverness,etc.But we hardly hear people appreciate or even recognizes the efforts that employees of the company sets for its growth. Workers or human resources, as we know them now, form a very important unit of any organization. Nothing can replace the human intelligence and no company, is a large corporation for a house or small level unit can succeed without being able (and happy) staff.
