Not that some institute like Harvard, MIT stands quite upper in ranking that this ones, but scholarship ratio in this collages are quite low or it's quite not only getting scholarship but even getting admission.
So i go through all collages & checked there basic in-source (scholarship offered by universities itself) & outsource scholarships ( the scholarships which r from funding outside source like us gov. funds or some privet funds to which the university is affiliated or collaborated ).
I have taken great search trough outside scholarships to which universities r affiliated. That increase your scholarship chances.
There are two concept in scholarships freshman scholarships & academic scholarship, which are offer in next semester on basis of your performance in current academic sem.
I specially recommend u to go through the freshmen scholarships, which are offered before the admission or starting of your course.
Factors that affect the possibly of getting scholarship.
- your GRE / SAT score
- partially on TOEFL score
- Your area of interest
- Your academic achievements
- Your paper / poster presentation
- Your leadership qualities
- Your cv
- How u wright scholarship application (be a great story teller)
- Your extra-curricular activities
Here are some top american Universities. that offer quite good scholarships & having good scholarship providing ratio.
Read all eligibilities & read all scholarships & Than select which suites u better Than apply for scholarship.
